As someone who struggled her entire life with self-worth, self-identity, and self-awareness as a result of experiencing narcissistic abuse from my own mother, I know the pain and prison of confusion, shame and unworthiness. 

When I dove into doing the real soul-work of healing from my own childhood trauma, I vowed that when I got through to the other side that I would support others through the transformational process of deconstructing and rebuilding themselves. 

My commitment is to serve others on their own self-actualization journey to release the pain of their past and claim the power of their future.

Both Private Coaching and Group Coaching have life-changing benefits. 

And everyone’s healing journey is unique. I strive to connect with those ready to solve their problems so I can learn about them and their unique challenges and help them determine the best course of action for their individual needs.
